Signature Drink Of The Day: Blue Swoon

1 oz. blue curaçao liqueur ~~ 1 oz. apple juice ~~ 4 oz. champagne or Prosecco ~~½ oz. Rose’s Lime Juice

Combine ingredients in a cocktail shaker and shake. Strain into a martini glass. For a sweet touch, line rim of glass with sugar and garnish with a slice of green apple.
