Don't Forget Your Groom

While a bride may be blissfully wrapped up in bringing her wedding vision to life, the groom may be feeling bored, neglected or simply left out of the loop.  It is tempting to seize in the reigns, but there are ways to include your groom in  your wedding planning based on how involved he wants to be.

Here are some groom-friendly tasts:

1.  Collect addresses for everyone on his guest list.
2.  Select and contact Groomsmen and Ushers.
3.  Arrange for the wedding night accomodations.
4.  Provide his parents with a gust list and addresses for the rehearsal dinner.
5.  Write a toast for the reception thanking family and guests.
6.  Research and plan the honeymoon.
7.  Purchase gifts for his attendants and parents.
8.  Design (or coordinate) unique save-the-date cards.
9.  Research band or DJ options.
10.  Create a song list for the reception.
11.  Select boutonniere styles for himself and his attendants.
12.  Write his wedding vows.

Obsessing over napkin treatments or flowers are typically not something most grooms get into...but most of the things on this list, they would love to help out with!

Happy Planning...
